How to add a code

How to add a code when you are reviewing documents in EMIS

1. Click on the document you are reviewing

2. Click the Care History icon on the top bar.

3. Click Add.

4. Click Code.

5. Search for and select the appropriate code.

6. Change the date to match the date of the document.

7. Click OK to save the code to the patient record.
