How to check patient's previous or upcoming appointments

Patient appointments on untimed ledgers do not appear in the diary view within the patient record. Use this check when booking a patient to avoid duplicate appointments.

1. Right-click the slot you want to book and select Book current patient.

2. When the pop-up appears, add a reason for the appointment.

3. At the bottom of the pop-up, review Future, Past, and Cancelled appointments.
Check these carefully to prevent duplicate bookings.

4. When ready, click Book.
Don’t forget to text the patient to inform them of the appointment.
