How to mark patients as seen/ not seen on your clinic list

This is essential for automations and practice operations.

1. In Appointment Book view, select the patient in the ledger (or right-click the patient) when you’re ready to update their status.

2. To start the call, select the patient and press S (or right-click and choose the start call option).
This will trigger and open a consultation entry for the patient.
If the patient does not answer, mark Telephone but no answer by pressing H.

3. Once the consultation is completed (before moving to the next patient), mark it as completed by pressing T.
