Results requested by FCP (Nergis)

Normal results

• File as 'Normal – No Action Needed' or 'No action needed. Result is not clinically significant'.

• Send the patient an AccuRx message.

Abnormal results

• If the plan is unclear, send a PN to Nergis (FCP) and file as 'FCP informed'.

• If follow-up with the FCP is planned, check for an existing appointment. If none is booked, send an AccuRx self-booking link and file as 'Abnormal – Booking link sent to patient to book a follow up'.
