Medication Amendment
1. Select 'Amend Medication' from the menu.
2. Edit the prescription and click 'Ok' to save the dose amendments.
‼️ Check start date, dose, quantity, duration
3. Set a Diagnosis for a Prescription by selecting Assign Diagnosis and then the appropriate diagnosis from the options
Stop Medication Process
4. Right-click the medication and click 'Stop Medication'
5. Select most relevant reason for stopping the issue. Add a comment as necessary e.g. made in error, duplication, no longer required and accept.
