If you encounter a smart card prescription error in SystmOne, you can resolve it by changing the smart card type in your PC Settings. Follow the steps below.

Open PC Settings. Click System, and then select PC Settings.

Go to Smart Card settings. Select Smart Card.

Change the smart card type. Change the smart card type to Oberthur.

3. Change the smart card type. Change the smart card type to Oberthur.

Once the smart card type is set to Oberthur, the prescription error should be resolved.
